ACT TUTORING CENTRES OF EXCELLENCE
For many years now we have been involved in developing Maths & English programs designed to assist students with their studies in home on their own computer. This program has been remarkably successful over many years benefiting tens of thousands of Australian families.
 With constant research and development we now have programs also released in the UK, USA, Malaysia and India, all presented in their local curriculum.
The good news for our Australian families is that our programs are now of such a high standard that we are offering them today to a limited few (soon to be expanded nationally) in a classroom format. We are currently operating from the Erindale Centre, ACT, with a new centre now operating at the McKellar Shops, ACT. This is a new concept for tutoring as this system follows the curriculum for each state and territory, is written by Australian teachers and examiners and provides individual tutor support.
Our program is fully interactive and computer based, so it's not just work sheets and boring repetition. Each child will work on their own computer to a program that follows the Maths & English curriculum with constant tutor supervision. It is fun and the children love it!
The usual concern for most students is that they are unsure about, or missed out on, one or a number of concepts. This means that a revision process will need to be put in place. Using Maths Wiz and English Wiz we can do that, with tutor supervision, and cover the current work at the same time.
FIRST STEP TO SUCCESS
To find out how AAME can inspire your child we invite you to phone the Central number (1300 288 867) which covers both ACT Centres or complete our CONTACT FORM. We will then invite you to attend one of our Centres to arrange an introduction and free assessment.
During the introduction we will conduct an assessment which will show your child's strengths and weaknesses and the areas where we will initially need to focus. You can meet our tutors and find out just how easy it is for your child to become a Maths & English Wizz.
THE PROGRAM
Our programs are all Australian and are designed by teachers and examiners to help rebuild that lost confidence to once again allow the student to feel free to participate in class activities. 
In other cases some children may need to be extended as the school system is moving too slowly for them.
We also coach students to work towards scholarship possibilities. (See comments made by parents at right - names have been omitted for privacy purposes).
TUTORS
Our tutors are hand picked University students who have shown exemplary results in both Maths & English, they are trained to become experts in the curriculum and current teaching methods. They are young, enthusiastic and they care, so our students easily relate to them.
PARENT CONSULTATION
At various times throughout the year we arrange an open night so students can show parents their computers and the work that they are completing at the Centre. Tutors and Managers will be available to discuss your child's progress and the plans and goals that AAME is working towards.
Children always learn best if they are working in a pleasant atmosphere and surrounded by positive people. Our tutors are constantly rewarding hard work, whether it's a "Well Done" or "Wow, that's great" but not surprisingly it's the acceptance by their mentors that children crave and one visit to our class room will show you those results. We of course have other certificates and rewards to show that their hard work does not go unnoticed.
Every opportunity is taken to recognize each child for their efforts and achievements which of course boosts their confidence and self esteem. They love it, as do we.
MEMBERSHIP
We offer 3 types of memberships which vary between $40 and $45 per session per week depending at which level students are studying. All enrolments include both Maths & English for the same single investment. In other words you do not pay for Maths & English separately.

We offer 3 payment types: By the Term, By the Block or by the Week
PAY BY THE TERM
If membership is paid by the term each family is entitled to a discount of 10%.
PAY BY THE BLOCK (Saves waiting to pay each week)
Block payments are made in 3 installments covering a 10 week term.
First block covers 4 weeks.
Second block covers 3 weeks (or part thereof)
Final block covers 3 weeks (or part thereof)
PAY BY THE WEEK.
There are no long term obligations.
If a weekly session is missed, catch up sessions can be arranged.
We also offer a sibling discount of $5 for the second child and a further $5 for the third.
A limited number of scholarships are also available from time to time to support families who qualify for government support.
Another great service we are able to offer is a school holiday revision program. Wonderful for children who have been struggling, want to catch up or simply stay ahead of the class.
